  • Lesson progress and quiz attempts.
  • Property-analysis information when saving is available and you choose to save it.

Authentication and data use

Supabase handles account authentication. PropertyU uses stored information to operate the service and does not sell it to advertisers.

What not to enter

Do not enter highly sensitive personal information, tenant records, government identifiers, bank credentials, or confidential documents into PropertyU.
