Meet the Founder
PropertyU was created by Liam Kearney, a finance student at the University of Alabama from the Philadelphia area.
Liam does not claim to be an experienced real estate investor or industry expert. He created PropertyU as a student who wanted a simpler way to learn real estate concepts, understand deal numbers, and practice analyzing properties.
PropertyU brings beginner-friendly lessons, calculators, fictional practice deals, and a guided Deal Lab into one place. The goal is to help other students and beginners learn alongside Liam without feeling overwhelmed by complicated terminology.
