PropertyU was founded by Liam Kearney, a Finance student at The University of Alabama, with a growing interest in real estate investing, underwriting, and private equity.
While learning about real estate, Liam noticed that many of the best resources were either scattered across the internet, filled with industry terminology, or built for people who already understood the fundamentals.
He created PropertyU to change that.
PropertyU brings together real estate education, deal analysis, interactive calculators, and hands-on underwriting tools in one place. The platform was built through extensive research into real estate fundamentals, investment analysis, financing, property-level metrics, and the way investors evaluate potential deals.
Rather than simply explaining terms, PropertyU is designed to help users actually apply them — from understanding NOI and cap rates to analyzing a complete investment through Deal Lab.
